The person behind your loan.
I got into the mortgage business for one simple reason: I watched too many good people get treated like a file number during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. Slow callbacks. Surprise fees. A rate they didn't understand and a process nobody explained. I knew it could be done better, so I built my practice around doing exactly that.
"You should never have to chase your lender for an answer. That's the standard I hold myself to on every single loan."
I was born and raised right here in Arizona, and I practically grew up in real estate. It's the family business, so I learned early what a home really means to the people buying it. I went on to Arizona State University, and along the way I spent more hours than I can count on the ice playing hockey, which is where I picked up the work ethic and discipline I bring to every file today.
As a loan officer with Pillar Mortgage Group, I work as a broker, which means I shop multiple wholesale lenders to find the program that actually fits you, instead of squeezing you into the one product a bank happens to sell. Whether you're a first-time buyer, a real estate investor scaling a portfolio, or a self-employed borrower who's been told "no" before, my job is to find the path to "yes" and walk it with you from start to finish.
Based in Scottsdale and serving buyers throughout Arizona, I've built my reputation on something simple and rare in this industry: I communicate. You'll always know where your loan stands, what comes next, and exactly what numbers to expect. No runaround, and no surprises at the closing table.
When I'm not working on a loan, you'll usually find me out on the golf course, playing men's league hockey on Thursday nights with my buddies, traveling somewhere new, or at a country concert. I'm an Arizonan through and through, I love this state, and I'd be glad to help you put down roots here too.
