Marketing opt-out: To unsubscribe from marketing emails, click "Unsubscribe" in any email we send, or contact us at [email protected]. Opting out of marketing does not affect communications related to an active loan application.

TCPA Consent & Communications

By submitting a contact form, lead form, or loan inquiry on our website, you expressly authorize Pillar Mortgage Group, LLC and its representatives to contact you at the phone number provided, including via:

  • Live telephone calls
  • Automated or pre-recorded calls
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

This authorization applies even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. Your consent is not a condition of receiving any product or service. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP at any time. To opt out of marketing calls, contact us at [email protected] or [email protected] and request to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list.

Loan-related communications are separate from marketing. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still contact you regarding an active loan application or required regulatory notices.

Our services are intended for adults (18 years of age and older). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
